Ruth Evelyn Francis, age 71 of Arkadelphia, died Thursday, November 1, 2012. She was born May 7, 1941 in Arkadelphia to John Tom and Christine Williams Francis. She was a homemaker and also worked as a pastry chef at South Fork Truck Stop.
She is survived by a friend Loyd Keenam of Arkadelphia along with many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday November 7, 2012 at the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel with Bro. Robert Watson officiating. Visitation will be from 12 till service time.
