Sammy Ray Baldwin, 63, of Little Rock, passed away December 30, 2017. Born in Helena, Arkansas to Ernest and Gertrude (Matney) Baldwin. He was President of the Alumni Association for the Arkansas School for the Blind, a ham operator (N5SRB), and a member of Alexander First Baptist Church. He was honored to serve as the first blind dispatcher with A1Ambulance.
He is survived by his sister, Venita Williams (Joe) of North Little Rock and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members.
