Sammy Dean Caruthers
Sammy Dean Caruthers, age 64 of Little Rock, Arkansas, died February 24, 2023 at home. Sammy was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and enjoyed volunteering at the V.A. Hospital. He was a board member of the VFW of North Little Rock #10442 and his passion was gardening.
He is survived by his mother, Dianne Caruthers; two brothers, Gary Caruthers (Susan) of Hot Springs Village, AR, Steve Caruthers and his partner Dan Gassner both of Atlanta, GA. He is preceded in death by his father, Jack A. Caruthers.
A graveside service will be held at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 West Maryland Ave. North Little Rock, AR at 1:00 pm on Thursday, March 16, 2023.
