Shanda King

Shanda Leanne King, 50, of Beebe, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on February 19, 2026, after a long battle with cancer. She was born on May 31, 1975, in Anchorage, Alaska. She was retired from the U.S. Postal Service and was a Baptist.

Shanda is survived by her daughter, Halle (Tristan) Collier of Lineville, Alabama; her mother Carolyn King (C.A. Moody) of Beebe; two sisters, Tosha (Joe) Pechoski of McRae, and Kayla (Bethany) King of Beebe; two nieces, Hannah and Emily Pechoski of McRae; and one nephew, Ethan King of Beebe.

She was preceded in death by her father, Randy King; her favorite uncle, Rickey Martin; and all her grandparents.

The family will hold a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. February 21, 2026, at Rocky 88 Event Center, 522 Swinging Bridge Rd., Beebe. Cremation arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe.
