Sharon (Sherry) Sue Morris Baldwin, of Little Rock, passed away July 28, 2012. She was born on December 26, 1943, the daughter of Edd and Flora Morris. Sherry is survived by her husband, Jerry Baldwin of Little Rock; daughter, Tara Byram and son-in-law, Don Byram of Alexander; two granddaughters, Amanda Jackson and grandson-in-law, Ross Jackson of Little Rock and Hannah Byram of Alexander; great-granddaughter, Ainslee Jackson, great-grandson, Jonathan (J.J.) Jackson, and a great-grandson on the way, Audren Jackson, all of Little Rock; brother, Ralph Morris of Miami, Oklahoma; sisters, Martha Albritton of Somerset, Kentucky, Tony Hill of Conway and Margaret Hanna of Fort Worth, Texas; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Richard Morris, Ronald (Ronnie) Morris, William (Bill) Morris, and Edward Morris; and three sisters, Alta Morris Payne, Anita Morris Croswell and Wanda Lea Morris.
Sherry was the co-owner and accountant for her husband's business, Air Distribution. She was a member of Geyer Springs First Baptist Church, Ribbon of Hope, a past member of Master Singers of Arkansas and past president of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers). She traveled to Russia on a mission trip and also to Germany with the Master Singers of Arkansas. She traveled to many places with her previous pastor, Bruce Chesser.
Visitation will be Friday, August 3 from 6-8 p.m. at Life Line Baptist Church, 7601 Baseline Rd., Little Rock. The funeral service will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the church, followed by burial at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
