Shawn Patrick Echols

Shawn Patrick Echols, age 38, of Hot Springs, passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2022.

He was born on October 3, 1984, in Sacramento, California, to Richard Echols and Brenda Flippo Echols. He was preceded in death by his father; one son, Christian Echols; and his maternal grandfather, James Flippo.

Shawn was a truck driver by profession, liked watching movies and playing video games in his off time.  When he was younger he liked raising horses.  He enjoyed being with family and will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.

He is survived by his mother, Brenda Echols; his maternal grandmother, Kay Flippo; his brother and sister-in-law, Daniel and Misty Echols; two nieces, Stormi and Lexus; one step-niece, Taylor; one step-nephew, Austin; extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Home, Hot Springs.
