Sheree Lynn Carr Henry went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Sheree was born on January 17, 1956 in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Sheree graduated from Huntington North High School in 1973. She worked at Memcore. a factory where she made military radio parts that were used in Viet Nam. She was also a manager at Auto Zone until her retirement.
Sheree leaves behind her loving husband, devoted caregiver, soulmate, and love of her life for twenty-six years, Michael Henry; her brother, Gary Herron (Barbara); and her brother-in-law, John Henry. She also leaves behind many family and friends who will miss her dearly, as well as her beloved fur babies, Loretta and Bubba, whom were like her children.
Sheree is preceded in death by her parents, Everett ‘Hook’ and Mammie Viola Carr; and her in-laws, Doug and Brenda Henry.
Sheree loved life. She had a beautiful smile that would light up a room but she also had a stubborn streak! She was kind, caring, and giving. Sheree loved most all music, from rock to hymns. She loved flowers, particularly red and yellow roses, candles, jewelry, and family photos. Sheree enjoyed sewing and baking, and loved making chocolate chip cookies and pumpkin bread with her mother-in-law.
Sheree loved conversations with her brother Gary. They always ended up on the topic of food and ended each conversation with ‘I love you’. Cousin Mickey also kept in touch and she loved his phone calls especially when she was not feeling well or needed someone near.
The family would like to thank all who helped Sheree in her last few months of health problems.
