Shirley Frances Beckwith

Shirley Frances Beckwith, 88, of Lonsdale, Arkansas, passed away on December 30, 2025. She was born July 13, 1937, in Danville, Arkansas, to the late Earl and Lorena Patton.

Shirley was of the Baptist faith and a proud member of Lonsdale Baptist Church. She found great joy in crafting and was rarely without a project in her hands. Above all else, Shirley treasured her family. Her home was the gathering place for Sunday dinners, holidays, and countless family moments. Everyone knew that if there was a celebration, it would be at Shirley’s house, where love was always plentiful, and the door was always open.

Preceding Shirley in death are her loving husband of 62 years, Archie Lee Beckwith; her parents; grandson, Cameron Beckwith; and siblings Vivian, Rosemary, Margie, Earl, Donnie, Ralph, Robert, Jimmy, and Billy.

She leaves behind, to cherish her memory, four sons: Greg, Darin, Todd, and Ricky Beckwith, all of Lonsdale, Arkansas; eleven grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and many more family members and friends who love Shirley and will miss her always.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 5th, at Ten Mile Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in the form of donations can be made in Shirley’s name to Arkansas Run For The Fallen.
