Stephen Russell
Stephen M. Russell, 63 of Little Rock died Saturday, July 18,2020. He was employed with Arkansas Department of Public Employment System. Stephen is survived by his companion Tom Cook, a sister Lil Markus, a brother William Russell, two nieces and a nephew.
A private memorial service will be at a later date. He will be remembered for his love of gardening.
In lieu of Flowers memorials should be made to Little Rock Humane Society .
