Stephen David Smith, Sr., 72, passed away August 5, 2013. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky to Robert Lewis Smith, Sr. and Ethel Grace Asbury Smith and was of the Catholic faith.
Preceded in death by his parents, brother, Robert Louis Smith, Jr. and sister, Jeanne Dauenhauer, he is survived by his sons, Stephen David Smith, Jr., his wife, Caroline and their daughters, Krista and Sydney, all of Alabama and John Matthew Smith and his son, Casey, both of California; sisters, Marie Torrisi of Colorado and Judy Marendt and her husband, Dick of Little Rock; brother-in-law, David Dauenhauer; a nephew and a host of nieces.
Stephen's life will be celebrated by attending the 8:30 a.m. Mass, Sunday, August 25, 2013 at the Cathedral of St. Andrew, 617 Louisiana St., Little Rock, AR 72201. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lonoke Nursing and Rehab, P.O. Box 220, Lonoke, AR 72086.
