Steven Paul Fenner, age 57, passed away April 24, 2020 in Little Rock, Arkansas where he has lived with his life partner, Darlene Herndon, for the last 31 years. Steven was born on October 24, 1962 in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin to Harry and Gladys (Moss) Fenner. He grew up in Wisconsin, then travelled around the country for a few years before landing in Arkansas. Over the years, he worked as a cook, a truck driver, and did janitorial services. Steve enjoyed fishing, working on and trading cars, and camping with his partner and their dogs.
He is survived by his life partner, Darlene Herndon, and their canine child, Sadie of Little Rock, as well as one son, Joshua, two brothers, Ron and Jim, and two sisters, Sharon and Rhonda, all of whom reside in Wisconsin. He was preceded in death by his parents as well as a dear cousin, Brian Novitzke.
Funeral services for Mr. Fenner will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the Pulaski County Humane Society, 14600 Colonel Glenn Rd., Little Rock, AR 72210.
