Stuart "Scott" Tsutsui, 72, of Benton, Arkansas passed away March 30, 2025. He was born on October 26, 1952 in Los Angeles, California to Akira Paul and Mitsu (Tomita) Tsutsui.
Scott worked as a supervisor in a chemical plant for many years.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Cynthia (Sano) Tsutsui; and a host of family and friends who love Scott and will miss him always.
