Sue Ann Moore

Sue Ann Moore was born September 13, 1941 in Lilbourn, MO. She passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at the age of 81.

In heaven, she joined her parents, Howard and Florence Adams, Lester Parmer, three siblings - Marvin Denton, Judy Kinsel, and Thomas Parmer and sister-in-law Judy Moore.

She left behind her loving husband of 60 years, Eldon Moore; her four sons: David (Juliet) of Colorado Springs, CO, Edward (Susie) of Benton, AR, Michael (Angela) of Bryant, AR, and Robert (Jennifer) of Benton, AR. She also left behind nine other siblings: Jeannie Tucker (Don), Lemma Knuckles (Greg), Bobby Adams (Linda), Nila Vinson (Rusty), Shirley Abney, Lester Parmer Jr., Daniel Parmer, and Anita King; eight grandchildren: Ryan, Carleigh, Mya, Brianna, Carson, Zoey, Jenna and Matthew; one great granddaughter, Noveah; nieces and nephews; adopted daughter, Kami Williams; and countless friends.

She worshiped her Savior at Christ Is the Answer Fellowship in Bryant, AR. She was an artist and was passionate about teaching children. She retired as a substitute teacher at Benton Elementary Schools where she combined those passions of art and teaching.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 29th, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market St., Benton. Funeral Service will be Friday, June 30th at 11 AM, at Smith-Benton Funeral Home followed by a burial at Mt. Harmony Cemetery, Haskell.
