Sylvia Cook, 82, of North Little Rock, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2018 after her long suffering ended. She was preceded in death by her parents, E.L. and Katie Brewer; husband, Henry Floyd Cook; brother, John T. Brewer, sister, Katharine Haustein. She is survived by two sons, Larry Allen Cook and Ronnie Ray Cook, "until we meet again to get one more hug." We'll miss you forever Cookie.
Sylvia was a member of Levy Church of Christ.
A special thanks to North Little Rock Health and Rehabilitation Center, the entire Haustein family, her brothers and sister in Christ at Levy, Arkansas Hospice and all her loving friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Levy Church of Christ, 5124 Camp Robinson Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114.
A private family interment to be planned a later date at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
