Taylor Bryan McGarity

On April 28, 2024, the world lost a true hero, Taylor Bryan McGarity. He was born on January 26, 1999, in Little Rock, Arkansas, and his light shone brightly until his passing.
 
Taylor dedicated his life to serving his country with honor and courage. He was a Staff Sergeant in the Army National Guard, excelling in recruiting and retention. Taylor's commitment to duty extended to his role as Team Leader for Alpha 3, where he led by example and inspired those around him.
 
While Taylor's professional achievements were remarkable, his impact was felt most profoundly in his roles as a loving father, husband, son, and friend. Those who knew him described him as intelligent, a perfectionist with an easy-going nature, non-confrontational yet possessing a good sense of humor. His dedication to serving others was unmatched, leaving a lasting imprint on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
 
Beyond his military service and family life, Taylor pursued various hobbies and interests that brought him joy. From fishing to gaming, tattoo artwork to running and tennis, he lived life to the fullest and embraced every moment with enthusiasm.
 
Among Taylor's proudest accomplishments was his service in the military. His unwavering dedication and sacrifice for his country will never be forgotten.
 
Taylor is survived by his beloved wife, Kenzie McGarity; daughters, Acelynn McGarity and Everleigh Harrison; niece, Alexia Stroud; mother, Janae Wilkins (Doug); brother, Kyle McGarity (Bre); sister, Dray Spadoni; grandparents, Mark and Debora Davis; aunts, Lori Allen and Wenona Sexton (Billy); uncle, Jonathan Davis (April); nephew, Weston McGarity; niece, Laykin Holmes; along with numerous other relatives and friends who will cherish his memory forever. He is preceded in death by his father, Bryan McGarity, grandparents, Willard and Ruth Ellen McGarity.
 
Visitation will be held on May 6th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at GRACEchurch East End (24300 Hwy 167). The Funeral Service will take place on May 7th at 10:00 AM at the church followed by burial at 12:00 PM at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery (1501 W. Maryland, North Little Rock) with full Military Honors.
 
In honoring the life of Taylor Bryan McGarity, we celebrate a man of integrity, kindness, and selflessness. His legacy will continue to inspire us all to strive for greatness and serve others with unwavering dedication. May he rest in peace.
