Teresa Lanora (Lynn) Morrow of Little Rock, AR went to be with our Lord on October 7, 2025. She was surrounded by her loving family.
Lanora was born in Melissa, TX on November 2, 1940 to the late Edward Kermit Bryan and Neva Dell Mann. She grew up in San Antonio, TX, but lived in New York and even briefly in Istanbul, Turkey when she was only 20, before ultimately making her home in Arkansas, where she built a beautiful life. Those early adventures began a lifelong love of travel, and she was proud to have visited many places across the globe, from Alaska to Italy to Greece.
She was a talented designer with an incredible eye for beauty. She was always ready to have fun and was known for throwing great parties. She was a devoted Christian who loved the Lord with all her heart. Her faith guided her life and shaped everything she did. She prayed deeply, believed fully, and lived her faith through how she loved others. Lanora had a true servant’s heart. She lived with kindness and generosity and gave from a place of pure love.
Her family, who lovingly called her Granny, were her greatest joys in life. That included her three children who she shared with Ralph Brink Sr., her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her loving husband, retired Little Rock Fire Department Captain Jimmy Morrow. For 17 years, Lanora and Jim traveled and enjoyed many happy occasions with their family and friends.
Lanora was the youngest 84 year old you could ever meet. She was active, stylish, independent, and full of life. Her energy and grace made her seem timeless. Her presence filled every room with warmth and light. She carried herself with elegance and confidence, and she made everyone around her feel seen, valued, and cared for. She loved her family fiercely and unconditionally, and showed them the importance of faith, gratitude, hard work and selflessness. We will miss her more than words can say. The world feels different without her, but her spirit lives on in each of us. We’ll carry her love forward in how we give, how we care, and how we live our lives with faith and compassion, just as she did.
She is preceded in death by her parents Edward and Sallie Bryan and her mother Neva Dell Mann, siblings Pam Lewis, Debra Sue Lewis, and Lloyd Lewis, her husband Jim Morrow and stepson Robert Morrow, as well as her grandson Maddox Brink.
Lanora is survived by her siblings Leslie Bryan, Joyce (Mickey) Adcock, Shirley (Roger) Flatt, E.K. Bryan Jr. (Julie), Tana (Wade) Eckel, Jeanneane Lewis, and Kevin Lewis; her three children Terri (Stan) Rasburry, Allison (Don) Williams, and Ralph Brink Jr.; her grandchildren Megan (Nathan) Garner, Zachery (Amanda) Kirkpatrick, Adam Kirkpatrick, Cody (Megan) Williams, Lana (Vince) Baker, Emily (Stephen) Hunt, Logan Williams, and Ashleigh and Carson Brink; Her great-grandchildren Reagan Kirkpatrick, Jacob Kirkpatrick, Gemma and Lainey Williams.
A memorial will take place at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home on October 21, 2025. Visitation will begin at 10:30 AM followed by a service at 11:30 AM. She will be interred with her loving husband Jim Morrow at 1:00 PM at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
