Terry Lynn Parker

Terry “Pete” Lynn Parker, 82, of Benton, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at his home on May 9, 2026, surrounded by his loving wife, family, and friends.

Terry was born on January 13, 1944, to John Morgan Parker and Martha Parker. He was the third son born to the family. He graduated from Magnolia High School in 1962. He shared 40 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Marilyn Parker.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, John Alan Parker and Buddie Parker; his son, John Parker; and his granddaughter, Christy Young.

Terry is survived by his wife, Marilyn Parker; his children, William Parker (Brandi) and Vivian Parker; his stepson, Jason Gault; his brothers, Mickey Parker and Michael Parker; his grandchildren, Bryar, Elijah, Layton (Emery), Kyra, Alleesha, Delaney Parker, Jay Morrison, and Jason Bo Gault; his great grandson, Braxton; and two special loved ones, Jayden Arias and Austin Ramos; along with many extended family members and friends who will cherish his memory forever.

Terry loved his Studebakers and owned several throughout his life. He also enjoyed fishing and took great pride in caring for his yard with his “zero turn” lawnmower.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 18, 2026, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Smith Benton Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Mt. Harmony Cemetery.

Terry will be remembered for the love he had for his family and friends, and for the many lives he touched throughout his years. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
