Theresa Teague

Theresa Louise Teague of Benton, age 51, passed away on September 12, 2012. Theresa was born on December 25, 1960 in St. Louis, MO.
Theresa is survived by her spouse; Dennis Teague of Benton, 2 sons; Josh Teague and spouse, Jessica, and Jessie Teague of Benton, 1 daughter; Amanda Lloyd and spouse Paul of Hot Springs, 1 brother; Alford Bates and spouse Darla of Florida, 1 granddaughter; Tiffany Lloyd of Hot Springs as well as many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
Theresa was preceded in death by her parents; Herman Bates and Oline Mayes Bates.
Theresa loved spending time with her children, grandchild, and family.
She was an avid reader, loved watching movies, and working crossword and word puzzles. Theresa was a Saint Louis Rams football fan and enjoyed watching Nascar. She was Pentecostal by faith. Theresa always put her family first. She was eagerly expecting her first grandson in October.
Theresa worked as a LPN and had graduated in the top ten of her nursing class.
The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Arkansas Hospice and Southern Trace Nursing Home who served Theresa and their family with great care and compassion during her illness.
Funeral service will be Monday, September 17th at 1:00 P.M. at the Peaceful Haven Funeral Home located at 322 N. Market in Benton, AR. Visitation will be Sunday, September 16th from 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. at the funeral home. The family has requested donations to be made directly to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
