Thomas Griffith

Thomas was born on January 16, 1978 in South Carolina. He was marked by his hard work and unceasing hospitality. He spent his days enjoying the labors on his farm, valuing the call to steward God’s creatures and creation well with respect and awe. He especially enjoyed doing so alongside his daughter Myla. He took seriously his call to shepherd his family and to love his wife.

Thomas’ Christian faith was an essential part of his life. He was passionate about the gospel, eager to share his faith with the lost, devoted to the local church, and faithful in serving others. Thomas truly lived out Philippians 1:21: “For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” While he will be greatly missed by family and friends, Thomas now has his gain - he is with the Lord and is hearing, “Well done, good and faithful servant. Enter into the joy of your Master.”

Devoted to his family, Thomas is survived by his wife of 19 years, Elizabeth; daughter, Myla; son and daughter-in-law, Isaiah and Bethany Griffith; and unborn granddaughter, baby girl Griffith. He is also survived by his mother, Sherre; brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Angela Griffith; brother, Danny Griffith; and brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Marlene Griffith.

There are an innumerable amount of people that the Lord used Thomas to bless and pour out His love and grace onto and he will be remembered dearly by them all. His humor, goofiness, and opinions will also be greatly missed! Until we meet again in glory brother!
