Thurman "Hot" Woodworth, a cherished member of the Little Rock community and beloved family man, passed away on August 4, 2025, at the age of 96. Born on July 12, 1929, in England, Arkansas, he led a life marked by dedication, generosity, and a deep love for his family and friends.

For 35 years, Thurman served as the owner of the Reynolds Rubber Stamp and Printing Company in Little Rock. His commitment to his work was only matched by his devoted spirit in all aspects of life. A proud veteran, he served as a non-commissioned officer (Sergeant 1st class) in the Army during the Korean War, where he was stationed in Korea from 1951 to 1953 in an artillery unit. His military service instilled in him a sense of duty and honor that resonated throughout his civilian endeavors.

Thurman was a founding member of Highland Valley United Methodist Church in Little Rock, where he devoted many years as treasurer and usher. His tireless work with the youth ministry reflected his belief in nurturing the next generation. His contributions to the church community were a testament to his commitment and faith.

Those who knew Thurman were touched by his warm heart and generous spirit. He served as an example of unwavering loyalty and friendship, providing laughter and comfort to all around him. Above all, he treasured the moments spent with friends and family, creating lasting memories that will be cherished by his loved ones.

Thurman is survived by his daughter Libby Cameron, son-in-law Cliff Cameron, and grandson Zach Cameron. He also leaves behind Pam and Max Foster, Polly and Laudies Brantley, and many other special cousins, nieces, and nephews who will continue to honor his memory.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 69 years, Mary Ann Woodworth (nee Kincannon), grandson Ryan Hanschen, parents Nathan and Nellie (Ruple) Woodworth, brother Jack Woodworth, and sisters Floy Bumgardner and Isabel Hughes.

Visitation will be held at Highland Valley United Methodist in Little Rock on August 8, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM, followed by a funeral service from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Friends and family are welcome to gather together to celebrate the life of a remarkable man who made an indelible impact on the lives of those he loved.
