Listen to Obituary

Timothy Lee Hodges, Sr., of Bismarck, Arkansas, passed away peacefully July 22, 2026 at CHI St. Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs, Arkansas, surrounded by loved ones. Tim leaves behind a legacy of love, family, and cherished memories that will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Tim was born on June 25, 1962 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Thomas and Marlene Hodges. He graduated from Bismarck High School in 1980 and was a lifelong member of Oak Bower Church in Bismarck.

Tim had a long career at Alumacraft in Caddo Valley, Arkansas. He was devoted to caring for his mother and father.

Tim had a deep appreciation for nature and loved spending time outdoors. He especially enjoyed hunting, water sports, and fishing. He was an avid rock hound and collector of Indian artifacts. He loved sitting on his back porch and reminiscing memories with all who shared them.

Tim’s greatest treasure was his family. He is survived by his parents; two children, Rachel Hodges of Arkadelphia and Lee Hodges of Bismarck; a granddaughter, Millicent Hodges of Arkadelphia; his siblings, Toni (Danny)McMahan and Buddy (Linda) Hodges of Bismarck, as well as Elizabeth (Steven) Robbins of Poland, Ohio. He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of whom he loved dearly.

Though our hearts are heavy with his passing, we find comfort in the promises of God’s Word and the hope of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Let us all hold tightly to the memories Tim left with us and forever cherish the love he gave us.

A memorial service will be Saturday, July 25 at 3:00 p.m. at Oak Bower Church in Bismarck, Arkansas. Visitation and meal immediately following the service in the fellowship hall.
