Tommie LaPorta
Tommie L. Halbrook LaPorta, 75, of Cabot passed away Thursday, April 7, 2011. She never met a stranger and was willing to help anyone in need.
She is survived by her husband, Carl LaPorta, of Cabot; son, Ricky Fontenot and wife Charlotte, of Cabot; daughter, Reesa Hutchinson, of California; five grandchildren, Monica (Chad) Spaulding, Richard Fontenot, Jarrod (Sarah) Pegram, Jessica Wise and Ryan Ritter; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five brothers; and two sisters.
Memorials may be made to Petit Jean Mountain Community Cemetery, Petit Jean State Bank, Morrilton, Arkansas.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday at Petit Jean
