He was born on March 15, 1972, in Arkadelphia, the son of Richard Glen Harris and Lynn Montez Webb Harris. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Octavia Pickett; his son-in-law, Matt Pickett; and his parents.  On July 11, 1994, Tracy married the true love of his life, Sarah Cogburn Harris.

Tracy spent many years as a truck driver and was truly passionate about his work. He enjoyed the open road,  and experiencing the freedom that driving brought him. It was a career that allowed him to travel to many places with his wife and co-pilot, Sarah, while doing something they loved.
