Travis Fant

Travis Fant, age 60, of Hot Springs, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017. He was born on June 1, 1956 in Dierks, the son of Harless and Ruth Fant, who have preceded him in death. His work and hobbies centered on cars. He was a car salesman who enjoyed building hot rods and cruising around in those cars. He is survived by his wife, Becky Fant of Hot Springs; two daughters, Michelle (Jon Orr) Fant of Nathan and Rachel (Joel Sweeney) Fant of Mount Zion, Illinois; one son, Merle Travis Fant, Jr. of Malvern; four grandchildren, Angela, Michael, Skyler and Larry; one sister, Sharon Woods of Texarkana; and two brothers, Michael McLean and Richard Tucker, both of Hot Springs. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, April 25, 2017, in the Mount Joy Cemetery with Bro. Kenny Fant officiating.
