Tresa Gail Smoot

Tresa Gail Smoot was born on September 29, 1950 to O.C. and Mamie George.

She left this earthly world on May 3, 2026, when she was called home to be with the Lord.

She was predeceased by her husband Jack Ernest Smoot, grandson Jason Smoot, 4 sisters, and a brother.

She left behind 2 sisters, Vivian (Skipper) Scott and Gloria Consada (Sadie) Herron, 4 children Tommy Cockman, Jack (Tara) Smoot, Tina Donoho, and Krissy Smoot, 22 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of wonderful friends.

A visitation will be held in Tresa's honor on Thursday, May 7th, at 5:00PM - 7:00PM, with a funeral service on Friday, May 8th, 2026, at 10:00AM. Both will be held at Smith Family Funeral Home Hot Springs Chapel.

Pallbearers will be Bryan Donoho, Noah Donoho, Jay Waterall, Ethan Waterall, Tommy Cockman, and Landon Waterall.

Honorary Pallbearers are Brennan Herron, Nate Waterall, and Caleb Waterall.

She left a legacy of love and memories for all. She will be deeply missed, but her legacy will never be forgotten.
