Velma “Jean” Dossey, 75, of Texas and formerly of North Little Rock died August 29, 2019. She was laid to rest on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at Bayou Meto Cemetery. Survivors include three children: Shannon Miller, Michael Dossey and Richard Dossey; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
