Vera R. Prickett, 94, passed away July 18, 2013. She was born in Searcy to Marvin Edgar and Molly Handlay Russell.
Preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Prickett and her parents, she is survived by her daughters, Linda Slaughter (John) of North Little Rock and Sandra Kinley (David) of Conway; four grandchildren, Ronald L. Davis of North Little Rock, Kristi L. Loyd (Glenn) of Marked Tree, Kenny Kinley (April) of Conway and Benny Kinley (Tambrey) of Vilonia; and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 20 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be Sunday, July 21 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home, followed by interment at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
