Vernon Wayne Perkins, 56 of Peel, Arkansas passed away Sunday, January 27, 2008.
He is survived by his mother, Nina Mae Nelson, of Little Rock; father, R. C. Perkins and wife, Hazel, of Des Arc; brothers, Hugh Perkins, of Little Rock and Eddie Perkins, of North Little Rock; sister, Susie Graddy and husband, James, of Orlando, Florida; niece, Jamie Graddy; nephews, Nick Graddy and Terry Perkins and wife, Jennifer; loving caretaker, Cindy Perkins, of Peel and sisters-in-law, Jonnie Marie Perkins of North Little Rock and Peggy Perkins, of Little Rock.
