Vicki Comford, 59 of North Platte, Nebraska, passed away on Wednesday, July 4, 2007. She was a retired clerk with Union Pacific Railroad. She hired out with the Railroad in 1971.
Survivors are her husband, Curt Comford of North Platte, Nebraska; 2 sons and daughters in law, Kevin and Michelle Comford of Sherwood, and Jody and Jennifer Comford of South Carolina; 2 step-sons, Jason and Brent Comford, both of Jacksonville; 1 sister, Emile Maxfield (Byron) of Fort Worth, Texas; 4 grandchildren, John, Madison, Caroline, and Colton; 1 aunt, Norma Coleman (Melvin) of Jacksonville; and 2 nephews, Joshua and Joseph Maxfield of Fort Worth, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Brumley and Julia Cunningham.
Memorials may be made to Arkansas National Kidney Foundation, 1818 N. Taylor, Suite 186, Little Rock, AR, 72207.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at Arkansas Memorial Gardens.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170.
