Vicki was born on July 7, 1959 in Alexandria, Louisiana to Ralph Cooper and his wife Della. Vicki grew up in Pollack, Louisiana where she graduated from high school. She attended Northwestern State Louisiana University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, and earned a degree there.

In February 1984, she married Doug Lane. They were married for 42 years. Early in their marriage, they moved to Little Rock, Arkansas where their extended family lived.

When Vicki wasn't caring for her own growing family, she cared for other children. She worked for several years at Christ Lutheran Preschool, Trinity United Methodist Church Preschool and Little Rock Christian Academy.

Vicki was preceded in death by her parents and brother Ronald Cooper. She is survived by her husband Doug Lane and brother Nolan Cooper of Little Rock, Arkansas; son Andrew Lane of Little Rock, Arkansas, daughter and son-in-law Hope Lane Wenneker and Michael Wenneker of Bentonville, Arkansas, and daughter and son-in-law Tara Lane Stone and Jacob Stone of Justin, Texas. Grandchildren: Brielle and Kyle Wenneker of Bentonville, Arkansas.

Vicki was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be missed.
