Victor David Scribner, born on February 27, 1988, in Los Angeles, California, passed away on May 3, 2026. Throughout his life, Victor faced many challenges, yet he continued to move forward with resilience and determination, doing his best to keep going no matter the circumstances.
After completing high school, Victor entered the workforce, where he took on a variety of roles. Among his experiences, one of the most meaningful to him was serving as a Volunteer Fire Fighter. In that role, he showed courage, a willingness to help others, and a sense of purpose that reflected the kind of person he was at his core.
Victor’s life was deeply connected to his family. He loved his daughters very much and held a special bond with his siblings. Those closest to him knew his care for them was real and constant, and his presence in their lives meant a great deal. He will be remembered for that love and for the connection he shared with those who knew him best.
He is survived by his loving parents, Harvey Bruce and Diana Ruth Scribner; his daughters, Julia Ruth and Faith Whitfield; and his siblings Enrique Scribner, Joanna Lewis (Brandon), Lydia Nevels, Debbie Scribner, Cecilia Wise (Adam), and Michael Scribner. Victor was also a beloved grandson to Harry “Buddy” and Gerri Scribner. He will be remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
Victor was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clyde and Rachel Roebuck.
A graveside service to honor Victor’s memory will be held on May 13, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and concluding at 11:00 a.m. The service will take place at New Rosemont Cemetery, located at 1010 Military Rd., Benton, Arkansas, 72015.
Victor David Scribner will be remembered for his love for his family, his willingness to help others, and the quiet strength he carried throughout his life. He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
