Vida Mae Montgomery

Vida Mae Montgomery, born July 17, 1927, peacefully passed August 2nd, 2025, surrounded by family. In her 98 years on earth she built a legacy that will live on forever. She had tremendous love for her family, 5 generations strong, and held a special bond with each and every member, including friends that grew into family along the way. 

She is preceded in death by her mother and father Martha and Henry Hampton, her husband Ted Montgomery, 2 brothers (James and Herbert), 5 sisters (Dorothy, Lois, Margie, Lorene, Alice), and 3 granddaughters ( Lori, Kelly, and Kimberly). She is survived by her 3 children (Sharon, Ronnie, and Patsy), 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM on Sunday, August 10, 2025 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home (1921 Main Street.) A Celebration of Life will be held at the funeral home at 1:30 PM on Monday, August 11, 2025. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
