Virginia Wilson

Virginia Blanche Wilson, age 99 of Marshall, TX formerly of Arkadelphia died Sunday, Feb. 26,2006 in Marshall, TX. She was born Sept 18, 1906 in Fendley, AR the daughter, Jonathan Walter and Julia Elvira Callaway Still. She was a salesperson for Montgomery Ward until she retired in 1971. She was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Buford Wilson, one son, Junior B. Wilson and eight sisters.


Survivors include two sons, Robbie Lynn Wilson of Santa Fe, TX and Jerry Glenn Wilson of The Woodlands, TX; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.


Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, March 2, 2006 in Golden Cemetery in Arkadelphia with Rev. Carl Kluck officiating. Interment will be under the direction of Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home of Arkadelphia. Memorials to Cumberland Presbyterian Chruch 501 Indian Springs Rd, Marshall, TX 75672. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
