Virginia Ruth Singleton, 83, of North Little Rock, passed away April 24,2026. Born in Wynne Arkansas to the late Charles and Viva Haynes. She is preceded in death by her loving husband William (Bill) Singleton, her daughter, Susan Pay, and brother Harold Haynes.

She looked forward to lunches with her “Lunch Bunch” group or anyone who would transport her out to Roper’s. She enjoyed meeting with her ladies group or any bible study no matter which church it was at. Her passion was singing and playing piano which she continued to do up until the last few weeks.
