Vivian Welch

Vivian Welch, age 58, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on July 27th, 2025.

Vivian was known for her big heart, warm smile, and unwavering love for those around her. She served her community as a Fire Fighter with Piney Fire Protection District. Vivian was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, she touched countless lives with her kindness and strength. Her faith, resilience, and compassion will be remembered by all who knew her.

She is survived by her Husband, Roy Welch Jr; children, Roy Welch 3rd, Lisa Welch, Mathew Welch, and bonus son Bryson Hartsell; grandson, Benjamin Welch; bonus grandson, Gabe Urban; brother, David Beard (Jennifer); along with her extended family, who will carry her memory in their hearts forever.

Vivian also leaves behind her beloved dogs, Buddy James, PD, Dixie Cup, and Alpha Omega.

Predeceased by her Mother, Margaret Beard; and Brother, Roy Lee Beard.

Pallbearers will be: Mathew Welch, Roy Welch 3rd, Benjamin Welch, John David Welch, Mathew Harvey, Bryson Hartsell, Gabe Urban, and Jimmy Welch.

A celebration of life will be held at Smith Funeral Home in Hot Springs, Arkansas on Wednesday July 30th with a visitation starting at 10:00 am and a service to follow at 11:00am with her Last Call at the conclusion of services. Interment will be held at Kilgore Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the families Go Fund Me account.
