Wallace Edward Tedder, age 80, passed away on June 30, 2025, at his home surrounded by love. Born on July 22, 1944, in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Wallace was a cherished son to Curtis Edward and Ethel Edna (Kennedy) Tedder. He was a proud graduate of the Arkansas School for the Deaf, where he completed his education in 1965.

With a career that spanned thirty years, Wallace retired from International Business Forms as a Carbon Operator, where he was known for his dedication and hard work. Beyond his professional achievements, he was an incredibly devoted family man. He cherished every moment with his three sons: Jeremy Tedder of Benton, Arkansas, Josh Tedder and wife Jennifer of Woodbridge, Virginia, and Jeff Tedder of Hot Springs, Arkansas. In addition to his sons, Wallace proudly embraced two bonus sons, Lynn Martz and wife Delisa of Peachtree City, Georgia, and Kevin Martz of Batesville, Arkansas. The love he had for his family was unmatched; he was often described as the best father a child could ever have.

Wallace's legacy extends to his grandchildren, who filled his heart with joy. He is lovingly remembered by Maya Inez Tedder of Little Rock, Arkansas, Aiden Nelson of Woodbridge, Virginia, Caleb Tedder of Woodbridge, Virginia, Andrew Cooper and wife Andrea of Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri, Brandon Martz of Washington, DC, Jimmy Hansen of Rome, Georgia, Cody Martz and wife Blake of Jacksonville, Florida, Kimberlie Swogger and husband Joe of Stephen's City, Virginia, Auburn Webb and husband Jared of Cabot, Arkansas, Dakota Martz and wife Marilyn of Pawhuska, Oklahoma, and Trysten Martz of Hot Springs, Arkansas. His family grew even larger with the arrival of his great-grandchildren, including Briley Carnell, Bryson Carnell, Rhett Martz, Brooks Martz, SJ Swogger, Gracelynn Swogger, Ashton Mullins, Milo Mullins, Ashlynn Martz, and Luna Martz, who brought him immense happiness.

Wallace had an infectious laughter, one that resonated through the neighborhood, making friends feel like family. He was a gentle and kind-hearted soul who never met a stranger and welcomed everyone with open arms. A man of deep faith, Wallace was an active member of the Baptist community, attending Antioch Baptist Church and Heritage Baptist Temple.

Outside of his devotion to family, Wallace had passions that brought him immense joy. He loved bowling and was a die-hard Razorback fan. Camping trips with his wife were a favorite pastime, allowing him to connect with nature and create lasting memories. He also enjoyed taking cruises, experiencing the beauty of the world with those he loved.

Wallace is survived by his beloved brothers and sisters, including William Tedder of Little Rock, Arkansas, Sue Fierro of Cabot, Arkansas, and Stephen Tedder and wife Angie of DeQueen, Arkansas. He leaves behind a host of family members and friends who will forever hold him dear in their hearts.

He was preceded in death by his cherished wife, Glenda Tedder, whose love he carried with him throughout his life, and his parents, Curtis Edward and Ethel Edna Tedder. Wallace Edward Tedder will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Heartfelt gratitude to those who took exceptional care of Wallace, including Macey Fite (Hospice RN); Bridget Coston (CNA); and Cindie Inman, Mariea Brown, and Alexis Schwarz (close family friends who helped care for Wallace in his final months). Your compassion and assistance are greatly appreciated.
