Walter Rolland Pollich, III, a man whose life was defined by faith, kindness, and dedicated service, passed away on April 20, 2026, in Benton, Arkansas. Born on January 16, 1963, in Inglewood, California, Walter-known warmly as Wally-lived a life rich in both professional achievement and personal compassion.

Wally was a proud graduate of Lake Hamilton High School and pursued further education at National Park College. His career journey began in his teenage years, with Western Sizzlin in management, followed by a remarkable tenure at Frito Lays Pepsico. Starting as a route driver, he demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership, swiftly rising to the position of sales zone director, a role he upheld with distinction for over 25 years.

A man of deep faith, Wally's spirituality was the cornerstone of his existence. He was a devoted attendee of Family Church Bryant, where his beliefs were not only professed but actively lived out through acts of kindness, generosity, and service. His compassion extended especially to individuals with special needs, to whom he offered unwavering support and encouragement. Wally’s commitment to making a positive difference was also evident in his volunteer work with Arkansas Christian Academy, Second Chance Ranch, and Civitan. Through these endeavors, he touched countless lives, forever leaving a legacy of hope and mentorship. He was cherished by many young people whom he guided and inspired with patience, wisdom, and sincere love.

Wally possessed a rare warmth that made everyone feel seen and valued. Known for greeting both old friends and new acquaintances with a big smile and a warm hug, he freely gave his time, his heart, and his steady support. Always ready with wise advice and a listening ear, Wally placed the needs of others above his own, epitomizing selfless friendship and generosity.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Kristen Pollich; children Walter Pollich IV "Ryan," Collin Pollich, Zachary Wright, and Nicholas Wright; and siblings Cynthia Harvey (John) and Susan Breitenberg (David). He was a loving uncle to Heather Davis-Meyers (Charles), Brandon Davis (Darcy), Ashley Harvey-Wiggins (Michael), Brittany Harvey (Bradley Baldwin), John Harvey, Allie Breitenberg, and Ethan Breitenberg (Melissa). Wally was preceded in death by his sister Lynda Davis (Ken) and his parents, Walter Pollich Jr. and Judith Runte Pollich.

A memorial service celebrating Walter’s life will be held on Saturday, April 25, at 2:00 PM at Family Church Bryant, 21815 I-30 Frontage Rd, Bryant, Arkansas. A visitation will be held at 1:00 PM prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Second Chance Youth Ranch.

Walter Rolland Pollich, III’s legacy is firmly etched in the hearts of all who knew him. His unwavering faith, boundless generosity, and steadfast commitment to uplifting others will continue to inspire those fortunate enough to have crossed his path. He will be deeply missed, but his spirit lives on through the many lives he touched with love and kindness.
