Wanda Connell

Wanda Lou Moring Connell, 73, of Little Rock, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2013. She was born August 9, 1939 in Redfield, Arkansas to the late Archie and Dora Shoptaw Moring. Wanda was retired after 25 years with AGL Corporation and was a member of Grace Fellowship Church in Cabot. She loved painting, cooking and camping and played golf and board games.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Tommy Connell; daughter, Lisa K. Charles of Little Rock; son, Dausa Connell (Shannon) of Sherwood; grandchildren, Kyndra Charles, Kaylee Charles, Brittany Connell; two great-grandchildren, Thomas Gracie and Avianna Miller; sister, Sandy Murphy (Billy) of Trenton, Tennessee; brothers, Wayne Moring of Vilonia and Tom Wells of Little Rock; and a host of nieces, nephew, friends and extended family. She was preceded in death by her brother, Willis Moring.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel, a Smith Family Funeral Home. Burial will be in Ivy Chapel Christian Church Cemetery.
