Wanda June Farr, 88, of Little Rock, passed away May 9, 2017. She was born in Beebe to Asa Gene Pickens and Eula Mae Jackson Pickens.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Farr, Jr., a daughter, Linda Sue Farr and two brothers, Brucke and James Pickens. She is survived by her sons, John D. Farr (Cheryl LeDoux) of Benton and James S. Farr of Alexander; brother, Asa Gene Pickens, Jr. of North Carolina; and one grandson, Max Ryan Farr of Traskwood.
June was a devoted Christian and loving wife and mother. She was a founding member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church in Little Rock.
Services will be held on Friday, May 19 at 11:00 a.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), (501)224-2200. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Humane Society of Pulaski County.
