Wanda Jane Shaw

Wanda Jane Shaw of North Little Rock, Arkansas departed from this life at age 85 on August 14th, 2026.

She was born March 22nd, 1941 to Espy Felts and Kathryn Barrett and raised in Lonoke, Arkansas.

After graduating high school, she primarily worked in Westinghouse, later known as Phillips, in their warehouse making lightbulbs; a fitting career for someone who brought light to those around her. Retirement brought her her favorite job title, Nana. She wore that title with pride.

Jane leaves to cherish her memories her beloved son, Jason Shaw and his wife Alisha Shaw; and her grandchild, Taylor Shaw and their partner Joshua. She is also survived by two sisters, Peggy and Regina.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Carl Lehman Shaw, her parents, her two brothers, Jack and Bo, and one sister, Margaret.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM, followed by a celebration of life at 6:00 PM, Monday, August 17th, 2026, at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. A private burial will take place on a different date.
