Werner L. Haney

Werner L. Haney, 91, peacefully passed away on July 6, 2024. He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock and a member of Gideons International. 

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Lynn Temple Haney; his daughters, Susannah Monta (Anthony), Stacy O’Brien (David), and Samantha Neukom; his grandchildren, Drew Monta, Jonathan Monta, Caroline Monta, Clare O’Brien, and Poppy Neukom; his nephews, Dan Coston and Ken Coston, and many other nephews, nieces, extended family, and friends. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Mabel Haney; and siblings, Beatrice M. Scogin, Thelma M. Calhoun, Oscar W. Miles, Harold Haney, Aileen Haney Coston, R.J. Haney, and Irma H. Altman.

A visitation will be held at 10:00 AM prior to the service at 11:00 AM on Friday July 12, 2024, at Immanuel Baptist Church, 501 N. Shackleford Dr., Little Rock, AR 72211. Burial with military honors will be at 10:00 Am Monday, July 15, 2024, at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 West Maryland Ave, North Little Rock, Arkansas.
