Wesley Paul Watson of North Little Rock age 87, died Tuesday November 4, 2008 at Baptist Health Center in Little Rock. He was born on September 27, 1921 in Gilliam, Arkansas; he was the son of John L. and Caroline Bard Watson. John was a retired Ordnance Technician for the United States Government. He was of the Methodist faith.
He is preceded in death by two sons , Gregory P. Watson and John Kenneth Watson, five brothers, three sisters, and his parents.
Survivors include a wife of 57 years, Maxine Burgin Watson of North Little Rock; one sister, Opal Hogg of Dierks, AR; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 7, 2008 at Huson Funeral Home Chapel with Dr.Ben Jordan officiating. A private burial will follow in Cato Cemetery in Cato, Arkansas. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 7, 2008 at Huson Funeral Homes 7700 Hwy 107 Sherwood Arkansas 501-834-1191
