Wilbur Eugene Cook, 88, of Texarkana, Arkansas passed away May 28, 2017 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born December 30, 1928 in Ozan, Arkansas to the late Robert and Bertha Millwee Cook. Wilbur proudly served in the United States Army and later worked as a talented landscaper.
