Willard Noel Pond, Jr

Willard Noel Pond, Jr of Fort Worth Texas, passed away in Hot Springs, Arkansas on Wednesday, February the 21st 2024 at the age of 81. Willard was born and raised in and around the Fort Worth area, his first job at the Ford house in Granbury, TX ., taught him a love for vehicles that would follow him through his entire life. In his early adult years, he served an enlistment in the United States Air Force that had him stationed at Fort Hood. After his enlistment Willard Married and had a daughter, but his first marriage would end in just a few short years in divorce. He then met and married the love of his life in 1971, they would go on to have 5 children, and travel the United States together in a school bus that Willard converted into a mobile home.

Throughout his life Willards job interests changed from heavy machine operator, mechanic, masonry worker, construction worker, residential painter, and many other things but the one thing that never waivered was his love for his family and his faith in Christ. He loved to hear his children sing, he loved to travel, and he loved to talk about the lord. To know Willard was to know a friend, even if you had just met, he could and would talk to you about anything. He was a big-time dreamer, and even tried his hand in country music in his younger years.
