William Arnold Askins

William Arnold Askins, 83, of Jacksonville, departed this earth on April 17, 2026. Born on April 3, 1943, in Casscoe, Arkansas, William was a proud veteran who served his country for 20 years, dividing his military career between the Army and the Navy. William is proceeded in death by his beloved parents, John and Lucy Askins, and nine siblings. He leaves behind his sister Lovelle, his five children- Terri, Gene, Stephen, John and Jared- along with 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. William will be laid to rest on April 24, 2026, at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
