William B. "Bill" Barnard, Jr., 77, of North Little Rock, passed away October 12, 2017. Born in Little Rock to William and Fern Milholland Barnard, he was a U.S. Navy veteran and a Jehovah's Witness.
Preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Patsy Sue Barnard, he is survived by his son, Jack Barnard and wife, Angelica, of North Little Rock; sons, William B. Barnard III and Chris Barnard; brother, James R. Barnard and wife, Mary; sister, Betty Ann Reese and husband, Ben Adrian; granddaughter, Rebekah Barnard; and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be Monday, October 16 from 5-7 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be Tuesday, October 17 at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by interment at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heroes and Angels Corporation, 52 Sunset Dr., No. Little Rock, AR 72118.
