William Frank Cicarelli, 60, of Little Rock, passed away February 7, 2011. He was born in New Haven, Connecticut to Pasquale and Josephine LaPlaca Cicarelli and was a U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam.
Preceded in death by his father and brother, he is survived by his mother and step-father, Josephine and Bob Roe of Las Vegas, Nevada and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday evening, February 17 beginning at 6:00 p.m., followed by the Rosary at 7:00 at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Graveside services with Military Honors will be held on Friday, February 18 at 11:00 a.m. at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock. Father Richard Zawadzki will officiate.
