William R. Fulton, 79, of Little Rock, passed away Friday, May 27, 2011. He was born in Sparta, Illinois on January 20, 1932 to Earnest and Agnes Robertson Fulton. He was a member and past Elder of Grace Presbyterian Church, worked with the United States Department of Agriculture and was also in the United States Air Force, he was a past member of the West Little Rock Kiwannis Club.
He was survived by his wife of over fifty-two years, Betty Fulton; daughter, Cynthia Ann Newkirk, of Wye Mountain, sons, Michael William Fulton (Rena) of Wye Mountain, Stephen Matthew Fulton (Jennifer) of Little Rock; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Margaret Herzog (Gene) of Sparta, IL, Sarah B. Boyd (Jim) of Coulterville, IL.
Graveside services will held on Monday, May 30, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park, with service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Grace Presbyterian Church, 9301 Rodney Parham Rd., Little Rock, AR 72227 with Rev. Shauna Silmon officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Sunday, May 29 in the Chapel of Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Presbyterian Church.
