William Gray

William Reid Gray, age 81, of Hot Springs, Ark., passed away on July 6, 2025.

Born on Feb. 12, 1944, William dedicated his life to his family, his work and his community.

His commitment to service was evident early on as he joined the Army National Guard on June 3, 1964, serving until Feb. 2, 1970.

Professionally, William was a loyal employee at Guys Potato Chips for over 30 years, before spending eight years with Little Debbie. He also contributed over 17 years as a bus driver for First Step Inc., where he was appreciated for his reliability and kindness. William was a devout Methodist.

A celebration of life for William will be held at the Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel in Hot Springs, AR, on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. Visitation will begin at 10:00am with a memorial service to follow at 11:00am.
