William N. "Buck" Haley, 77 of Van Buren, formerly of Little Rock, passed away on June 12, 2014 at home. He was born on February 21, 1937 to Bill and Ada Haley; he was a retired police officer and business owner. He was a Baptist.
Buck loved his family, his God, hunting and fishing. He is survived by his loving wife, Letha of almost 56 years, a son Kelly and wife Jill, who he adored, a daughter Tammy Stobaugh and husband Rick who was tops in his eyes, and a son who died at birth who he always called "Bodunk". Survivors also include four very special grandchildren Haley Pfeffer and Andreas, Hunter Stobaugh and Morgan, Kelsey Holcombe and Trevor, and Emily Haley, and his newest love and great-grand daughter Ella Grace Holcombe, and one sister Billie Young.
The family would like to thank Mercy Hospice, especially Dayna Stockton.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 16, 2014 at Huson Funeral Home Chapel at 6400 Mabelvale Pike (one block West of 65th Street and University Avenue) in Little Rock, with burial following at Bayou Meto Cemetery in Jacksonville.
There will be a visitation on Monday, June 16, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the chapel service at 11:00 a.m.
